Export, Customs, and Shipping Documents
From de-registration at the Traffic Bureau to port clearance, we prepare and coordinate the documents your vehicle needs to leave Japan smoothly.
Key Documents
What we prepare for export
We forward to our customs agents all the documents required for port clearance of the vehicle including the commercial invoice and export certificate. These papers prove ownership, value, and origin so your vehicle can leave Japan and clear at destination without delay.
Bill of Lading (B/L)
The ocean carrier’s receipt and title document that confirms your vehicle was loaded and is in transit to the destination port.
Export Certificate
Official proof the vehicle was de-registered in Japan and is authorized for overseas shipment.
Commercial Invoice
Declares the sale value, buyer and seller details, and vehicle particulars used for customs assessment.
Packing List
Lists cargo contents and packing details so handlers and customs can verify what is being shipped.
Inspection Certificate
Confirms the vehicle passed required pre-export inspection standards for its destination market.
Certificate of Origin
States that the vehicle originated in Japan, often required for import duties and trade compliance.
